What this website collects

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type. Your name, your school, your role, your student numbers, your phone number, and what you tell us is not working. We use it to contact you about a demo, and for nothing else.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the people at our company who need it to answer you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read. It runs only after you agree to it. If you decline, it does not load, and the site works exactly the same.

Analytics tells us how many people read a page and roughly where they are. It is not used to identify you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree. You can withdraw that at any time, and the site will stop setting them.

School data inside EduBold

This page covers the website. Data inside the EduBold application belongs to the school that entered it. Each school is isolated from every other school, and access is logged.

A school administrator can export their own data in standard formats at any time, without asking us. A school can ask us to permanently delete their organisation and everything in it, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How long we keep it

Enquiries from this website are kept for two years, then deleted. If you become a customer, your account data is kept for the life of the agreement and for as long afterwards as Indian tax and company law requires.
